- Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in 100% brand-new, unworn condition. Shoes must never have been worn, and the plastic protective seal on the bottom of the soles must remain intact and cannot be removed. No substitution, switching, or replacement of any parts is permitted.
- Refunds: Unworn shoes in their original, brand-new condition may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, less applicable credit card processing fees.
- Exchanges: Unworn shoes in their original, brand-new condition may be exchanged for a different model, size, or color within 14 days of delivery.
- Important: Once shoes have been worn or the plastic protective seal has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee if the returned item does not meet the requirements above.
- Return Shipping & Insurance: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Sale & Clearance Items: All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
- International Orders: Due to customs, duties, and import regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges from outside the United States.
